Two way chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of good quality chocolate chips (one cup semi-sweet and one cup 70% dark chocolate)

  • 400 grams of condensed milk (one can)

  • 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter 

  • a pinch of salt 

  • 1 cup nuts + mixed fruits or any of your preferred chocolate stuffing.

  • 1tbsp coco powder(optional)

Kitchen Tips:

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Melt in all the ingredients except the filling (nuts etc.)

​

2. Heat it in 20-second intervals until everything is melted and combined. 

​

3. Mix in well and add in the filling.

​

4. Pour into a pan and freeze for 2- 4 hours and enjoy at any time. 

​

**If you want to make chocolate truffle from this freeze for 1-2 hours and then pinch out a spoonful of chocolate, roll it into a ball, dip it into sprinkles or crushed cereal and coat with cocoa powder or icing sugar (optional) then freeze again for 2 hour and enjoy!

Tip 1

Use more dark chocolate to reduce the sweetness of the fudge!

Tip 2

Freeze for longer to get a more put togather fudge!
