Thai Chilli Jam

Also known as 'Nam Phrik Phow' is a multi-use jam or paste. The tangy-sweet chilli as the name suggests is tangy and sweet with a spin of light chilli flavour and aroma along with its irresistible eye-catching colour that makes every dish twice as beautiful.

Homemade rice noodles soup. 

'Mee naam' is a rich chilli and sour soup filled with the extra crunch from the peanuts and vegetables. Perfect for a cold winter evening or a quick meal to whip up when you're feeling sick.

Minced tofu salad filled with basil and lemon. Can be simply eaten as a salad or with some stick rice to complete a meal!

A combination of the famous thai style fried rice with a mix of thai sweet chilli. A simple fried rice filled with numerous flavours.

A Thai classic of spicy chewy basily noodles. With a western influence, this drunken noodle stands out by using spaghetti noodles!
