Sweet and Tangy  fried rice

INGREDIENTS:

1-2 tbsp Garlic 

Oil

Tofu 

Soy protein meat(this is vegetarian)

Mushroom 

A few chopped tomatoes(optional)

Vegetables as you desire

3-4tbsp Thai chilli jam

Green peas(optional)

Salt and pepper for taste

Soya sauce for taste (optional) 

Cilantro

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Stir fry your vegetables, tofu and mushroom with some garlic, oil and some salt and pepper for taste. 

 

2. Then mix in 1 1/2 cup of cooked rice and add your Thai chilli paste. 

​

3. Mix everything until well combined and add soya sauce or lemon juice as per your desire. 

​

4. Top with some cilantro and serve!
