French Toast

INGREDIENTS:

​

  • 3 Eggs

  • 3 Tbsp of Brown Sugar

  • ½ cup of Whole Milk

  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream

  • 1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of Vanilla Extract

  • Pinch of Salt

  • 4 Large Slices of Brioche Bread or any thick bread 

  • 1 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Simply mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the bread. 

​

2. Heat the pan with butter.

​

3. Soak the bread in the liquid batter for 20 - 30 seconds on each side and then put it on the skillet or pan.

​

4. Cooke for about 4-5 minute on each side or until crisp and golden brown. Ensure that you are cooking on low or medium heat to allow the inside of the bread to cook well.

​

5. Serve with some maple syrup, fresh berries and any desired topping!
