INGREDIENTS:
​
4 large potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic
1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
Some parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut the potatoes into equal pieces and boil them in warm water for 3 minutes with 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda. This enhances the crispiness.
​
2. Drain the potatoes and let them sit to dry for around 5 minutes.
​
3. In a hot pan (high heat) put 1-2 tablespoons butter or 1/2 - 1 tablespoons olive oil.
​
4. Add the garlic and decrease to low heat. Stir this around for one minute.
​
5. Add in the potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning
6. Pan fry this on low heat for up to 15 minutes.
​
7. Once complete, while hot sprinkle some parmesan cheese, oregano and cilantro.
​
8.Serve with Hot sauce/ mayo and toast while hot!
