Nestled in the centre of Bangalore's ever so opulent and happening society, Sanchez is all things a "hip" restaurant is thought out to be.

Sanchez boasts an array of tex-mex dishes with modern spins and classic touches that uplift the already splendid and vast menu. Additionally, multiple artists play live, light and chirpy music during the day and in the evenings, which makes the ambience even better due to an open seating layout and rustic interior design with pops of colour. The standout to me is the live tableside guacamole station, it's, in its essence, like a see-through kitchen, which is, as always, incredibly fascinating.

The food as expected is full of the zest, and spice Taquiera's are acclaimed for, but there are a few standouts.

The prawn taquitos are little boons of flavour; harbouring sweet, sour, and spice in its surprisingly small form. Other standouts include the tres leches dessert which is one of the best I've tried, all of their burrito bowls, veg and non-veg receive top marks and of course the nachos with fresh guac are a must-have.
